Join us for a First Friday reception! This First Friday will feature works by AADUNA who will present ‘A “19” Maskerade’ with Dick Ford playing piano and bill berry sharing his narrative poetry and reflections on his life. While AADUNA is performing on our South Porch, we will be having the art of Donna Nicholas displayed in our gift shop. With the health and safety of our visitors and staff being our top priority, we have chosen to make some changes to this First Friday event.

Join us a for First Friday community event-enjoy artwork by Erin Taylor and light refreshments. Additionally, our Forged in Freedom: The Bond of Seward-Tubman Families exhibit, library and Seward's office will be open with docents on hand for interpretation.  This event is free and open to the public.

Artist Bio: Erin is sixteen started painting three years ago. She loves to paint landscapes with acrylic paint. Her dad and grandma really got her into art. She learned and is still learning many different things from them.

Are you ready for the summer? With your help, the Seward House Museum grounds will be, too. Lend as hand as staff and volunteers dig into the lush gardens of 33 South Street.
