Accessibility
Accessible entrances to the property include the gates at the Equal Rights Heritage Center and the 33 South Street sidewalk at the front of the main house. A wheelchair ramp inside the entrance provides access to the reception area.
Only the first floor of the Museum and its visitor bathroom are wheelchair accessible. Audio and visual interpretive content for the second floor and basement exhibits are available in the gift shop area upon request. A visually descriptive tour is also available.
American Sign Language interpreters can be made available upon request and with sufficient notice.
