In due time…..when I shall have paid the debt of Nature, my remains will rest here in your midst with those of my kindred and neighbors. It is possible they may be unhonored, neglected, spurned! But, perhaps, years hence …..some wandering stranger, some lone exile may erect over them a humble stone, and thereon, this epitaph, “He was Faithful.”

SUNY Albany Professor of History Carl Bon Tempo will discuss the opening chapters of his book, Immigration: An American History, recounting the role immigrants played in both the American Revolution and the formation of a new republic. This program is part of the America 250 commemoration and includes a book signing.
This event will be held at the Cayuga Museum of History and Art's Carriage House Theater. $10 Members, $15 Non-Members. Registration is required.
