Jun 11th 2022 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

In this workshop, led by artist Nada Odeh, participants will learn about the cultures experienced during William Seward’s visit to the Middle East and Syria. There will be a brief presentation followed by fun hands-on art experiences. In addition to creating art, participants will also brainstorm ideas with Nada for a mural that reflects Middle Eastern cultures in Upstate NY. All artistic materials and supplies will be provided for free! This event will take place at the Equal Rights Heritage Center and is free to attend, but reservations are recommended.
